We ship records worldwide, except for a few exceptional countries.
The records are sent from Israel, via registered and trackable mail. It should be noted that the tracking option is limited depending on the information provided to us by the postal services in the destination country, and is sometimes partial or missing.
After completing a purchase, we collect it from the warehouse, clean it with a professional machine and test it using sample listening. If any defects and problems that are not specified on the product page are discovered, we will inform you about it.
After preparing the record for delivery, we pack it using strong packaging materials that protect the record from shocks, blows, bends and weather damage. Once the record is shipped, we will update you and give you the tracking number of the package.
Delivery time depends and varies from country to country and we can not guarantee it, but in any situation of delay in delivery times we are here at your service and we will try to help speed up the process.
